A complete refurbishment of a beautiful detached property in Hammersmith, London

This is a unique detached house in Hammersmith that was in dire need of total renovation. We extended the kitchen into the garden. We removed all internal walls and replaced the roof and all the windows. We built an office in the garden.

When we took this project on, the original wreath staircase was in terrible condition. We used our own in house team to bring them back to life by reinforcing them, replacing the handrail and spindles and cladding them in oak.

We completely replaced the plumbing and electrics, the kitchen and all the bathrooms.

Project Details

We updated every part of this house, from the external facade, the roof, the M&E, the room configuration, the staircase to the AV. We built an office in the garden.
