A complete transformation to a property in Kensal Rise, London

This is an amazing example of how much space you can add to a London property. This house felt extremely small when we took it on. By extending into the garden to create an airy living/dining space and doing a loft extension we have managed to create a generous family house.

The original Victorian tiles in the hall were restored. We installed all new bathrooms, including funky tiles and waterproof Tadelakt in the bathrooms.

We installed a zinc work top to this kitchen. We put a crittall window between the entrance passage and the kitchen to bring light into both spaces.

The kitchen was painted by a specialist sub-contractor to give the impression of raw plaster. We installed bespoke built in joinery throughout.

We totally gutted this house, including extending into the garden and up into the loft. All new plumbing and electrics, new windows and doors, landscaping of the garden.
