The Boltons

We were commissioned to carry out a comprehensive refurbishment of this charming townhouse in the Bolton Conservation Area. The project involved significant structural modifications, including levelling the rear of the property, adding a side extension, and fully opening up the lower ground floor.

Collaborating closely with the design team led by Blyth-Collinson Interiors, we successfully delivered this project in just under a year, much to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Our role encompassed every aspect of the build, from managing the intricate, detailed design drawings to sourcing stunning book-matched marble for the interiors.
